Badge Usage Terms

Rules for using Trusted AI Partners trust elements

Permitted Use

Embedding on your own company website
Display on your imprint or "About Us" page
Use in email signatures (mini seal or inline badge)
Integration in website footer or header
Creating a dedicated trust page with certificate and trust strip
Use in proposals and presentations (with source attribution)
Linking to your public verification profile at Trusted AI Partners

Prohibited Use

Manipulation or alteration of badge graphics or embed code
Display on third-party websites without direct affiliation to the verified company
Use in a misleading manner (e.g., suggesting non-existent certification)
Removal of Trusted AI Partners branding or linking
Use after revocation of verification or deactivation of the badge system
Resale or sublicensing of trust elements
Use on websites with illegal or offensive content

Revocation & Consequences

Trusted AI Partners reserves the right to revoke the use of trust elements at any time.
Violation of these terms will result in automatic deactivation of the badge system.
In case of revocation, all embedded trust elements must be removed within 7 days.
Repeated violations may lead to exclusion from the platform.
Reactivation after revocation requires a new review.

Trademark Rights

"Trusted AI Partners" is a registered trademark. Use of the name and logo is subject to trademark law.
Trust elements (seals, badges, certificates) are protected by copyright.
The usage license is non-transferable and tied to the verified company profile.
Design modifications to trust elements are only permitted through the official Certification Builder in the dashboard.
