Transparent verification schema for Trusted AI Partners certification
Last updated: February 2026 · Version 1.0
This document bindingly describes what the Trusted AI Partners verification covers, which verification steps are performed, what obligations partners have, and which liability limits apply. It serves as the reference for all claims on trust elements (seals, badges, client badges).
The partner confirms their online presence and basic data protection standards.
The partner confirms their business identity. Details are cross-checked with the legal notice.
The partner can optionally prove their competence and unlock a bonus badge.
The partner has successfully completed Step 1 (Website & Privacy) and Step 2 (Identity) of the verification schema. The check is based on self-declarations and a plausibility assessment.
The partner has submitted a 12-point GDPR compliance self-declaration and confirmed its accuracy. This is not a governmental GDPR certification. The asterisk (*) refers to this page.
The partner's website had valid SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) at the time of the last check. SSL configuration is regularly checked automatically.
On the Client Badge: The named partner is a verified Trusted AI Partner. The statement refers to the partner, not the client website itself.
Collective term for all partners who have completed the verification schema. The designation is tied to active verification and expires upon revocation.
