Note: These Partner Terms apply in addition to the General Terms of Service for all partners (agencies and freelancers) who register on the platform or claim a profile.
(1) These Partner Terms govern the business relationship between Prime Associates LLC (hereinafter "Operator") and partners (agencies, freelancers, service providers) who create or claim a profile on the platform trusted-ai-partners.com.
(2) By registering or claiming a profile, you agree to these Partner Terms.
(1) Registration as a partner and use of the basic profile are free of charge.

(3) The Operator reserves the right to reject, deactivate, or delete profiles without giving reasons, particularly in case of violations of these Terms.
(1) The Operator forwards inquiries from users (leads) to matching partners based on the criteria described in the Transparency Statement.

(3) The Operator may deactivate or delete profiles at any time for important reasons, particularly in case of:
(1) The paid Partner/Premium services are aimed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
(2) A statutory right of withdrawal under Section 312g BGB does not exist for businesses; no contractual right of withdrawal is granted.
(3) Billing is net under the reverse-charge procedure (Section 13b UStG); the VAT liability is transferred to the recipient of the service.
(1) The Operator may change these Partner Terms at any time.
(2) Partners will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance of material changes.
(3) Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Partner Terms.
(1) Under the Affiliate Partner Program, approved partners (hereinafter "Affiliates") may refer new agencies and freelancers to the platform and receive a recurring commission for doing so.

(3) Participation in the affiliate program requires an application and approval by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to reject applications without giving reasons.

(5) Tracking and attribution: Registration attribution to an affiliate is performed via a personal referral link (URL format: /ref/CODE). A cookie (tap_ref) is only set with the express consent of the user (opt-in per GDPR/TDDDG). First-touch attribution with a 30-day window.
(6) The Operator may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time for important reasons, particularly in case of:
(7) Upon termination of the partnership, outstanding commissions (if the minimum payout of €50 has been reached) will be paid within 60 days. The affiliate code will be deactivated.
For partners based in the EU, German law applies. For all other partners, the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA apply. The venue is Lee County, Florida, USA.
