Note: These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Trusted AI Partners platform worldwide. For Partners (Agencies/Freelancers), the Partner Terms also apply.
(1) These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the platform trusted-ai-partners.com (hereinafter "Platform") as a user (hereinafter "User" or "you").

(1) The Platform provides a free comparison service for AI service providers (agencies and freelancers) worldwide, with a focus on the German-speaking market.
(1a) Paid Premium service (Premium Listing): The paid Premium Listing is offered exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code (agencies, freelancers and other commercially or self-employed professionals). Contracts with consumers (§ 13 BGB) are excluded. Purchase requires a valid VAT ID confirmed via the EU VIES system and confirmation of entrepreneur status. Invoicing is net under the reverse-charge scheme (§ 13b UStG); the VAT liability transfers to the recipient. Entrepreneurs have no statutory right of withdrawal.
(2) Users can submit non-binding project inquiries to matching AI service providers through the Platform.
(3) The Platform only facilitates contact between Users and service providers. Contractual relationships are established exclusively between Users and the respective service providers. The Operator is not a party to such contracts.
(4) The Operator provides no warranty for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information about service providers displayed on the Platform.

(2) Any reproduction, modification, or use beyond copyright limits requires prior written consent.
(1) The Operator is liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, the Operator is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, and costs arising from your violation of these Terms.
The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

(2) Changes will be announced on the Platform. For material changes, registered users will be notified by email.
(3) Continued use of the Platform after announcement constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected; this applies to the free use. The paid Premium Listing is reserved exclusively for businesses pursuant to § 2 (1a).
The laws of the State of New Mexico, USA apply, without regard to conflict of law principles. For disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration, the exclusive venue is Lee County, Florida, USA.

The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available; a reference to it is therefore omitted.
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
